The buffet breakfast also gets positive mentions, along with the convenient location and multiple dining options. I had booked for a room for 4 people , and I was given room smaller that a shoebox, and no wider than one. In order for me to utilize the cupboards and wardrobe, I had to stand in the doorway of the bathroom for the doors to open up. It was awful! And having two adults and two kids, made it worse. I would not stay here again.

Second time staying here. The rooms themselves are average but the pool and restaurants connected to the hotel were great. The kids love the pool and this is the big reason we keep coming back. I am finding it’s a bit overpriced for the actual room. The rooms are a bit dated and nothing special.

Enjoyed a small getaway over Easter with the kids. Staff were friendly and helpful, the pool and spa area was great and we really enjoyed all the food options and the buffet Brekky by the pool. We will be back.

Good location. Very limited options for a Family of 5 (not flexible re rollaways etc) and extremely expensive for what it is. Rooms are very tight in the hallway area. Car parking is poor. The car park is very tight and oversubscribed, if you don't arrive early you will miss out on a car park. Room cleanliness is average. Only stay in desperation as Newcastle has such a shortage of family friendly accommodation.

Great for either a couple weekend away or as a family holiday. I found the room to be clean and tidy which was lovely. Buffet breakfast was great and a must try. The adjacent club was wonderful just to walk around get something to eat or just lounge around. Highly recommend the stay

I liked that the 2 queen beds were separated by the bathroom in the middle and also had separate tvs and separate air conditioners. The pool area is also lovely and great for the kids

I don’t usually write reviews but this was by far one of the worst stays we have had. Our room had damp patches on the carpet and hotel staff tried to trivialise the issue. You could tell the room was barely cleaned - there was hair and orange peels left on the side of the bed. The car park was full and we were told to park down the street in a multi story car park. The hotel was clearly over capacity and did not have the appropriate staff and amenities to cover the situation. What makes it even more ridiculous is that they charged an arm and a leg for rooms without being able to provide adequate service. We weren’t the only ones feeling short changed - we saw a family that tried to check in but were told there was a plumbing issue in their room and they had to wait till they could sort out alternatives. There was another that was complaining about the dust and hair left in their room. Save yourself the chaos and don’t even consider this place as an option.
