Mercure Charlestown

It was family friendly and the buffet Breakfast was great. Friendly staff.

I like the cleanliness and the staff is very accommodating, though we didn't use the pool because there is a time for availability but it's fine... And there is a snacks and drinks inside the room that you can buy in case you feel hungry or thirsty. Thank you ... We enjoy our family vacation...

I was a little apprehensive about our stay given some of the reviews I had read but honestly this hotel was really lovely. Our room was clean, tidy and spacious. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. My kids swam in the pool and we enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel smelt like clean, fresh laundry. No issues with anything at all, recommend for families. Thank you for a thoroughly enjoyable overnight stay.

Hi Guys! We loved our stay at the Mercure! The perfect weekend getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious Privilege room, and were very pleasantly surprised by the spa! We had dinner in the restaurant, which had lovely soft lighting and relaxing music playing. The wait staff were welcoming and attentive and very obliging. We had room service breakfast with was delicious and so much more relaxing than heading off quickly to breakfast somewhere else. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Mercure to friends or family. I would suggest that the kitchenette joinery be upgraded at some point in the future, to make the next guests' stay more breathtaking. Other than this point, we were very impressed by all aspects of our stay. Thank you so much Mercure Charlestown!
