Quick check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, small balcony, screen door to the balcony, which allowed us to enjoy fresh air. All the amenities we needed. Good location. Everything great. Except for the kids' pillows they provide regular adult pillows, which are rather firm and high (common thing), but we used the towels instead.

The staff service was very poor, had to put luggage on the trolley myself, when asked for help from bell boy, he refused. Hotel very unhygienic and stay overly disappointing for families

Perfect place to stay for our night in Canberra to watch the footy. Everything we needed within walking distance and only a short drive from the stadium. Room was clean and included extras we didn't expect such as small kitchenette, great for the family. Will definitely stay next time we are in Canberra.

Just stayed for 1 night but would definatly return next time i stay in Canberra. Staff member Sia was so friendly on arrival and explained everything. (The reception is next to the hotel rooms with Tradies sign, as i know other travellers were confused and asked us where it was). Room was so clean and i appreciated the heater was on and the room was warm for me and the kids as we got in. Tradies club next door has great meals and theres plenty of other takeaway shops in walking distance. Nice family style hotel.

Great place to stay, noise travels through the rooms and hallway. Tradies club doesn’t offer any discount to hotel guests and food is expensive. $18 for kids nuggets and chips (only got about 10 chips. Close to supermarkets and lots of other food options. Hotel staff friendly
