Great location, such friendly hotel staff- felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Front desk staff happy to answer any questions. Room has everything needed for a short stay with a child. Great buffet breakfast selection, would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Only negative from our trip was the breakfast staff were not nice or attentive at all, for example they didn't seat anyone, no cutlery or crockery available and everyone listened to them complain about being at work the entire meal.

We booked the room for 2 adults and a 4 year old. My wife was told at check in normally they would charge extra for the child but on this occasion they will not. We were in apartment 412 an easy access room. The door does not close properly and needs to be pulled. Which we didn't realise at first. Also there was a smell coming from the drain in the bathroom maybe the room hasn't been used for sometime.

We stayed with our young kids. We go a joined two room which was great. Convenient location. Parking underneath. Buffet breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was good. Overall it was a nice modern hotel. Staff were friendly. I would recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Canberra

3 nights in 2 bedroom room. I was worried about the old reviews but this property was fantastic. The staff were all very approachable and friendly. The daily room clean was perfect. Spacious room for a family of 5. Coffee downstairs was yummy, lots of tasty cafes nearby. The only concern was that being a 1 bedroom with an adjoining studio meant that if the door closed you were locked out, with 3 kids 5 and under this meant the door got closed a lot, i believe some sort of deadbolt is needed instead of just a door stopper that slides on the carpet. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Spa Suite for 3 nights as a young family. It's very comfortable, in walking distance to shopping centres and restaurants. We had no phone reception in our room and the internet only worked on the first day, other than that our stay was fantastic.
