My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. I hosted an event and coordinating via long distance was exhausting, Sue (event coordinator) made my vision a reality. Will be coming back soon. The food at the Renaissance is 10/10.

Great property and highly recommend staying here as adults or with kids. Great pool and private island. The food and drinks are very good especially for an all inclusive. The only thing I would do differently is never book through Expedia and I personally won't again. I booked an all inclusive package or what Expedia called all inclusive but it was a small drink credit. So after paying 12k for everything I had to pay another 3k when checking in to become all inclusive. Also our flight changed from a day trip to an overnight on the way back and we got bumped because it was oversold and since we used Expedia were were the first to go.

Went with my husband, and we stayed on the family friendly side, which was wonderful! Great pools, and on the beach side! We love Flamingo Island, which had an adults only beach, and a family friendly beach! Absolutely wonderful!

Aruba is a great island. The hotel has 2 sides. Since both our children are adults it worked great. There is a boat to get to the other hotel- with swim up bar. There are boulders placed to block out the high waves. It is enjoyable. We purchased the breakfast plan. The buffet is lush- lots of great options. Already ready to book to go back.

The Renaissance was amazing, one of the best family friendly resort I stayed. The location was very convenient especially the boat ride to their private island. Will definitely stay here again.

Central location, few local spots to eat, taxis and buses available. Very limited beach access, good for kids mostly. Overpriced All Inclusive option. Not worth it if not consuming alcohol. Staff is very nice and helpful. You need to drive for better beach access. Noisy street music and traffic throughout the night, so hard to relax in the evening. Hotel is going thru renovations, so noice from construction equipment. Painters and remodeling crew is working at night mostly. Excessive notice from them as well. Was charged twice service holding fees for a total of $11,600.00 with explanation that hotel is replacing some accounting software. Will have to see how it will resolve because charges are still pending on my credit card account. Ocean Suites are more spacious vs main hotel rooms. Steak house place is good for dinners, Aquarius for lunch and Fresco for quick breakfast. Good location to spend 2-3 nights but no more than that.
