Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort

One of the most horrible check-in experience, me and my family ever had, I looked up all inclusive resort in Aruba this property was one of them, this is a family vacation. We have the kids we always book all inclusive because of them. i’m checking in collecting the room keys and the lady at the front desk told me that I need to pay for the food I said no I have all inclusive. She said this is not all inclusive this is a separate package we offer on the side $2000 for the week, I just paid $5300 to Expedia says all inclusive. She said to me we tall Expedia to fix the website. We’ve been having this problem, What, I said, I spend a lot of money to stay. You’re telling me I need to pay more money for food. I spent three hours on the phone with Expedia trying to fight this situation. Only got that $500 credit for Expedia mistake Supervisor, Marlyn L Harbor guy

The staff was very friendly and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived instead of feeling like a customer.

The property is nice but if you’re looking for the resort vibe it’s better to book the family side . They only have one pool at this property it’s more on the luxury high class side

The only thing I didn’t like was, that they don’t have more than one bed. Your kids would have to use the sofa which is very uncomfortable. All the rooms are the same.only one bed and the sofa

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. I hosted an event and coordinating via long distance was exhausting, Sue (event coordinator) made my vision a reality. Will be coming back soon. The food at the Renaissance is 10/10.

The staff members are wonderful!!! Such excellence customer service! They were very knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. They make you feel like family.

Excellent stay for families as well as couples. Hotel is beautiful and staff friendly. And the best is of course Flamingo Island!!

Great property and highly recommend staying here as adults or with kids. Great pool and private island. The food and drinks are very good especially for an all inclusive. The only thing I would do differently is never book through Expedia and I personally won't again. I booked an all inclusive package or what Expedia called all inclusive but it was a small drink credit. So after paying 12k for everything I had to pay another 3k when checking in to become all inclusive. Also our flight changed from a day trip to an overnight on the way back and we got bumped because it was oversold and since we used Expedia were were the first to go.

Went with my husband, and we stayed on the family friendly side, which was wonderful! Great pools, and on the beach side! We love Flamingo Island, which had an adults only beach, and a family friendly beach! Absolutely wonderful!

Great resort for a family! Private island beach was absolutely perfect. A lot of dining options.
