I was very happy by the way the staff treats me at Hyatt place , her name is candy , her warm ness was felt from the heart , I was very please and felt like family , this was my first time there and I am sure I’ll return , thanks again to the staff at Hyatt place , especially to Candy , I will always remember my first visit to Aruba and how I was treated

Room smelled like mildew and mold. Thermostat did work, front desk was unfriendly and didn’t want to do anything to help my situation. Traveling with a child. I will never stay here again

Sheets were scratchy. They were super weird about towels at the pool. It's got a convenient location for the airport, but is far from anything cool. Breakfast was weird-- Chinese food, quesadillas & curly fries (my kids loved it, but I thought it was weird.)

Hotel was full of kids and there was no hot water. They didn’t seem to care and never apologized. Took a cold shower.
