Laluna Hoi An RiverSide Hotel & Spa

We had a wonderful experience at Laluna. The staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived and made us feel like family. Nothing was too much trouble for us and our two little ones. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the facilitiea and location were fantastic. One of if not the best hotel we have stayed at.

Toilet water was gushing that left the floor wet. Almost fell with my baby in hand. Not recommended for families with young children unless hotel do more to prevent slips

Absolutely loved our stay would recommend it just away from the busy street but in perfect walking distance great spa really lovely staff extremely helpful I got us a Riverside view we was on the ground floor but it didn’t make much difference as it wasn’t very noisy at night and there was not much of a river😩I got us a river side of you we was on the ground floor but it didn’t make much difference as it wasn’t very noisy at night and there was not much of a river. The pool is extremely small great for kids but not as big for adults breakfast was okay coffee was terrible!
