Beautiful, serene and relaxing ambience and layout as well as comfortable. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff including housekeeping, waiters, cooks, lifesavers bell men, security, and front desk. Bed mattresses are old and uncomfortable. F&B at restaurant is much over prices and its' quality and selection are disappointing. Lack of handheld shower in the bathroom is inconvenient especially when having to shower young children. Otherwise, we had a very enjoyable stay

Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful ambience, layout and atmosphere. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff including the waiters, cooks, house keepers, life savers and bell men such as Mr. Thi. We were however disappointed with quality, quantity, narrow selection and high over pricing of the food and beverage (with exception of breakfast). Lack of handheld shower in the bath is also a problem especially when having to shower young children. Bed mattresses are old and relatively uncomfortable. Replacing them will go a long way with improving the already enjoyable stay.

We (2 adults + 1 child) stayed in Bungalow 401 which was one of the most premium room types available. Unfortunately the bathroom had a substantial leak on arrival & the first night we were unable to sleep due to rainwater leaking into the bungalow. In the subsequent night, one of the hotel handymen were undertaking repairs of the roof of the bungalow so we were unable to sleep. Cleanliness was sub-par with sandy floors & several pests (incl. a cockroach) within the hotel. We rarely (if ever) post negative reviews but felt obligated to do so considering our overall poor stay. I wouldn't recommend a trip here. Happy to share videos.
