Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay

Beds are too small. I got additional charged for my 4 years old when they clearly states children under 4 are free. But when i asked they said because my child is 4 years and 3 months old like what??? This place is too crowded. The foods and drinks are outrageous expensive.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Nha Trang Bay, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to every need with genuine hospitality. The staff was also extremely helpful and polite. I stayed for three days, first day was at the main building: the room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The next two days we had the opportunity of a lifetime and stayed at the villas. The villa was truly amazing, three bedrooms and a spacious living room. The luxury is impeccable and let’s not forget the private pool! The hotel's facilities were outstanding. The pool area was a tranquil oasis. The restaurant Lagoon had the best Bao Buns!! It was located at the beach with stunning views of the ocean.The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to win wonders. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional. I had some requests that needed attention. The staff treated me with respect, courtesy and met my needs to the last detail!!! The staff made my family feel happy and comfortable on the island. I hope every visitor will have the opportunity to enjoy the staff’s hospitality. Service was horrible. We waited with 2 kids more than 20min before anyone came to see us. We are gold members and they refused to upgrade our room when all rooms were available. They asked us to pay to upgrade. We don't recommend this hotel at all. Luxury Vinpearl is a wayyyyy better choice for all aspects!

We had a great family vacation here. We stayed in a 3 bedrooms villa. The staffs were attentive and on time when we needed a lift. Variety of dining options. Would recommend to friends and family. We would come back for a longer stay in the future.

Overall a good stay. We were impressed with their service. We booked a room with a child. They have prepared a separate bed without us requesting upon check in. If you are planning to visit Vinpearl wonderland, will recommend to stay here to save time travelling. Breakfast spread was good. Hotel is clean.

The property is nice and well maintained. The staffs are friendly and helpful. My family and I stayed in a 2-bedroom villa which has a private pool. The villa is big and beautiful. The view from the villa is incredibly nice. We definitely will come back.

Travelled with kids and we stayed 3days/2nights. My kids love this place & wants to stay longer. There is so many things to do and see specially the VinWonders you will need at least 2days to check out all the theme park areas.
