Vinpearl Condotel Beachfront Nha Trang

Check in felt very underwhelming, barely realised I was checked in as there was no communication from staff. My phone was taken to get booking details and then staff were distracted onto the next thing, and then giving our keys to room only to realise they had not even given my phone back until we were in the room. With a tired sleeping baby, this was very inconvenient when checking in at 1am in the morning. Very loud street noise and music can be heard every night. No sound proofing. Great views from the ocean corner room and hotel is in great location, however if you are after 5 star service and it is important to you choose another hotel. The bathroom size was very small, considering how big the room was. Air conditioning barely works if not at all throughout the hotel lobby, lifts and room. Fridges barely work to get your drinks cold. Also travelling in a family group, quite a few of us got sick and felt like there must be some kind of bacteria in the air con as it just did not feel right. There was definitely something off which we cannot pinpoint.

This was a great choice! We traveled with two other families and everyone was very happy with the Vinpearl Beachfront. We ate most of our meals at Tuans which was two doors away and has many great choices! Check out the Louisiane Brewery for food, drinks and live music on the beach! There is also a grocery store next to the Hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. All the staff from checkin to the breakfast buffet restaurant were super friendly, polite and helpful. The food at breakfast was soooo good! Amenities were great too! A couple not as positive comments I would say are the hot (not air conditioned) carpeted hallways with lots of dead moths. Might be better if it wasn’t carpeted as it dated the hotel and would probably make it easier to clean up the dead moths. Also, the pool area is not designed for babies and toddlers. Kids had to stay in the kid pool at all times, no exception, but there was nowhere for babies and toddlers can play safely. There’s a larger shallow area in the adult pool where they can play but they are not allowed there. But the pool staff were also very nice about it. The hotel does have some wear and tear and the rugs in the rooms could use a good vacuum and the kitchenette countertops could use a scrubbing. There is too much furniture in the 2-bedroom suite we rented and it felt crowded and small with little room to easily walk around the living area. All in all, we enjoyed our stay though and would definitely come back if we are ever in Nha Trang again.

My family stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with immaculate ocean views. Clean properly. Convenient location. Everything is within a walking distance. The only bad thing that happened to me was that I specifically told the front desk to clean my room when I was on my way out to breakfast at 9am. When I returned at 1pm, the room still wasn’t cleaned.

The spa,steam room and sauna is useless for families, because men and women facilities are separated. Therefore the families can't use these facilities

Our family had an amazing experience at Vinpearl beachfront , The staff is super helpful and friendly, convenient location, easy to get around . On our last day they surprise my daughter with a Birthday cake delivery to our room. Thumbs up 5 star.

The Vinpearl is a nice hotel and is located right across the beach. The staff is really nice and friendly, the breakfast and restaurant are a good value and the room was a good size. Great space for families. I loved the pool area. What can be improved upon, the overall cleanliness of the room, the bathroom shower is a little small, elevators take a long time to come to higher floors and their is a slight musty smell due to how hot it is in the area. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here if I visited again.

I was really suprised over the personal touch. This is a huge hotel, but when my daughter hurt her foot the staff was quick to get a nurse and made sure she was looked after twice a day til she was ok again. Also they made sure to bring a cake for my birthday. The breakfast was crowded (stayed during Tet) but the staff was friendly and welcoming no matter how many guest there were. The view is nice, the beach has Gigantic waves, this is not a swim-beach and absolutely not for small children. The pool area was ok, but so windy!!
