Nagar Hotel Nha Trang

Nice hotel, beautiful room and beautiful view. Pool was great but there are limited seating options which fill up fast. Breakfast was a nightmare. Loads of guests, hard th O find a table, lots of screaming kids, staff unable to keep supplies up and overall popped quality.

It was our getaway trip from kids. Booked this hotel because of high ratings and heard that it was kind of new. As soon as I booked it I realised it took on many tours and I was kinda worried. I emailed the hotel requesting a floor without tours and the hotel confirmed with my request. Upon arrival, I ended up staying in the same floor with the loud tours. 85% are pax from tours that during the breakfast buffet it was all loud and noisy. We went to the gym, the aircon was off. We went to the sauna, the lady’s one was off. We requested late check out, the hotel requested an extra 700.d. We wanted to order a shuttle to airport, their credit card machine did not work well. We ended up having to exchange more dong at the very end of the trip. We understand the hotel tried their very best but everything is kind of disappointing.
