Caravelle Saigon

Great location in District 1, just across the steeet from the Park Hyatt Hotel. Very friendly staff, superb renovated rooms, good food in rooms service 24-7. Very complete and varied breakfast buffet, one of the best in the city. Recommended for business or family trip. Good pool and gym. Will stay again for sure.

In the heart of the city, clean, comfortable bed. Per room allows only 2 adults and a kid event you choose 2 beds. If you have 3 to 4 adults you must book 2 rooms.

Located in the center of Dong Khoi, District 1, Caravelle Saigon provides the great service to the guests and I believe that the service provided by the hotel satisfies both business travelers and family travelers. I think that Sheraton Saigon is a good competitor and I would like to compare the feature of the hotels. 1. Less traffic on the main entrance; quiet and cozy lobby. 2. Lobby and the lounge are located separated and it is not crowded on the ground floor. 3. Nice interior with French style. *NOT SATISFIED WITH 1. Breakfast buffet: fewer dishes and small restaurant. 2. Small meeting place.

Where do I begin… Mi was a delight - from the door opening, to the directions and making sure we felt safe and okay as young female travellers. The hotel was accomodating, so clean and safe around the clock. Breakfast buffet had many options and was so fresh with friendly staff and a great seating area. 10/10 we would recommend this hotel to any of our friends and family. All staff were incredibly friendly helping us with our every need. The room had a beautiful view of the city and comfy beds to sleep in.

We stayed at Caravelle for two weeks, the reason we picked this place because it was in the heart of downtown we didn’t have to walk far or to take a taxi, most restaurant, fancy bars, snacks, gift shops are within the vicinity or walking distance. Caravelle is quite a convenient location to book a stay. Inside the hotel, the front staffs was lovely and always open doors and giving us smiles as we entered or leaving the hotel. Room service are very enthusiastic in asking us if we ever needs any help or need any extra toiletries or waters because we have a family of 4. The beds were comfy but the room is a little bit stuffy, since there were no open window, only a hug glass panel. Room services was great! My brother really like their duck confit, fries and avocado drink. the opera cafe downstair has really good alcoholic beverages And so does the rooftop bar they have live music from 6-9 Pm every nights. I would stay again.
