Very nice property, comfy beds, excellent service, amazing breakfast buffet. The adult children stayed there for 5 days to explore the city while the parents went on a guided tour. The staff went out of their way to help my 19 yr old son get medical care when he came down with a fever due to a virus (not COVID) and strep throat. They checked in on him while he was recovering in his hotel room, notified him before he got back from the clinic that he had left his passport and made sure he got it back, and checked on him regularly to see if he needed anything while he was recovering.

As always, I received excellent service while staying at the New World Saigon Hotel. The staff are very helpful and accommodating with any requests or needed assistance. It really makes staying here with the family very enjoyable and relaxing. The Club Level staff do an excellent job of providing top level customer service and experience for the guest.

Very smart hotel with a lovely pool and small children’s playground. It’s a short walk for Bui Viện and in the other direction you have downtown and Nguyen Hue.

Stayed with my wife and 2 small kids in a Suite for the first time and this place exceeds our expectation. Spacious suite. Professional staffs and service. And clean. The pool is quite big my kids love it. Breakfast buffet on ground floor, is the best I've ever had in any hotel. Ever. So many fresh and delicious selections for both Western (my girl) and Eastern (my boy) taste.

Close to all major attractions and activities. Stayed here every time for the last 3 years for our family holidays. Staff are extremely professional and friendly.
