The place is very nice upscale hotel, very nice and warmth looks inside, super excellent buffet breakfast. Overall staffs at this hotel very courteous with the customers. Definitely recommend the hotels to friends and family. The place is within distance to many nearby convenient stores, shopping and restaurants

The property is in an excellent location and accomodated my late check in without any problem. The staff were allvery friendly and there was an excellent choice of breakfast foods which included fresh produce cooked to order. I received a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite which was very much appreciated and which I would recommend. A very pleasant stay.

Staff were excellent concierge were great especially Que Nguyen he is great with our young kids. Breakfast which is included is a great spread and spa massage was very good overall very happy with our stay.

We stayed for 5 nights in the junior suite. Hotel was incredibly clean and the room was lovely. Only issue was there isn't a shower - only a bath with a shower head. There is a large step into bath, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was average but sufficient. The high tea was a lovely touch that we enjoyed in the afternoon. The hotel is located very close to the action in District 1, most activities were in a short walking distance or a short Grab ride away. We would stay here again as the staff went above and beyond to help out.

Evening to night staff are quite rude ,morning staff are good,there were so many restrictions like kids cant talk loudly ,cant order food at room,and there were ants in wash room near basin ,i spent many days there but they never vacumed room only threw the rubbish .it was disappointing.

Centrally located in D1, if offers a great jumping point for sightseeing or in our case doing official paperwork. We thought we booked the D'antique Hotel which was a lot nicer but our room, a larger family room, was located in an attached hotel that was not as nice. The hotels shared amenities- kitchen, pool, spa though. We booked online so felt a little tricked by the booking site. Traveling with a young child and a toddler we were disappointed that there were no highchairs in the restaurant.
