The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and kind. They were very accommodating towards my family. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they travel to Hanoi.

We booked the family room. It was the best family room I have ever stayed in. Early morning construction noise on a Sunday. Not the fault of hotel. We had an issue with the airport pickup that we booked thru hotel, but Don & Chester made it right. The breakfast was delicious! Both Vietnamese and American style. Great location close to lake. Staff very helpful and always with a smile.
