Super happy after 2 nights stayed with my family (including seniors and children). Highly recommended. This is the best hotel in Hanoi's old quarter that you can checkin for cleanliness, comfy beds, spacious, short walking distance to all the attractions in the city and nearby many well-known local delicacies and coffee stores, very close to the Sword Lake (Ho Guom), very friendly and helpful staffs,... I was amazed by the great service from the hotel staffs who prepared a take-away breakfast for me upon my early checkout.

The staff in the lobby speaks English, they are very helpful, and wants you to have the best stay in Hanoi. After booking, they contacted us on email, with some information about pick-up service and other things they could arrange and help us with. The street outside is quiet compared to the most of the streets in old town. They have wifi with router at every floor, so it works well! We had connecting rooms, so our family could stay together. My family got sick on the way to Vietnam, and they helped us a lot, both to make our stay better and to get a doctor.

Our family had a few days here and the staff are great! So helpful and friendly. Walking distance to lake but in a fairly quiet street. We had a City Views Triple Deluxe Room (hotel is only 7 stories so city view is just to street below). Great couple of shops opposite, and a cute little coffee place when you come out of hotel on your left upstairs.
