We stayed in a junior suite for 7 days and found it to be the right size for 2 people. We felt very welcome despite arriving at the hotel at 2 a.m. on the first day. The staff are friendly and accommodating of our needs during our stay. The place is kept clean and the free breakfast has plenty of options and was a great start to days of long walks around the city. The location is perfect closed to lots of restaurants and shopping including the night market. We look forward to staying in Oriental if ever we find ourselves in Hanoi again.
