L'Hôtel du Lac Hanoi

The staff were incredibly warm and inviting. Central location in old quarter was great. The food delicious. All staff were able to make arrangements for tickets and transportation in and around Hanoi!! We highly recommend it felt like staying with family.

Our room was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great! Hotel staff are super nice, friendly, and accommodating! We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

Great hotel with great and warm staff The skybar is great and overlooks the city also the spa services were great. And again the staff is always there for you in the lobby. I was in 2 rooms, the sunset suite and the junior suite both were great and comfortable. If I ever come back to. HANOI I'll stay here!

The staff at Hotel Du Lac go above & beyond in every way. We were travelling as a group for our sons wedding . They treated us with the upmost care, and respect every single day. I felt as if we were treated as family! The staff were beautiful in every aspect , displaying care , professionalism, friendliness , warmth, understanding, & attentiveness in every aspect of our stay! We felt very safe,& nurtured . The breakfast was delicious too, & the waiters amazing ! The rooms were so comfortable, & clean! The decor of the hotel was cool!! Overall a wonderful stay at this hotel. The junior suite is on the small side by American standards, but well appointed, and the staff work hard to please the clientele. The rooftop bar is wonderful as this is the tallest building in the neighborhood, and you can enjoy truly excellent food from the lower level restaurant while taking in the view. There is construction in neighboring buildings beyond the control of the hotel so there is some noise during the day, although it didn’t bother us.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The location is perfect to explore the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, The artwork in the hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The hotel was able to set up a great day tour to Halong Bay. Our family of three had a great experience.
