Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort

The staff was phenomenal, service was Devine. Free shuttle service from D2 Hcmc provided if needed. Husband had food poisoning prior to arrival and staff sent get well fruit platter with a card was very sweet. Our room was on the highest level floor 17th with ocean view. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Best Banh Xeo/Banh Khot! Thank you for the experience, we will come back with our children.

We took a toddler and teenager and the staff where incredible. 2 bed apartment was beautiful and clean and plenty of things to do within the resort. Make sure to buy the food and drinks package, we didnt thinking we would have options outside the resort - there is none and its expensive to purchase once there. Overall it's a lovely place with great staff.

We were with infant, there was no extra support from the checkin point to dinning experience. Staffs weren't providing an extra help on food service on our breakfast

I cannot overstate how wonderful this resort is. After a busy holiday, spending 4 nights here at the end of our time in Vietnam was perfect. The resort is gorgeous, with lots of activities but the best thing for us was the swim up bar, in the pool right on the beach. There's not a ton of food options and we preferred eating at the beach bar in the evening but there was enough choice for us. We stayed in a junior suite in the tower which had amazing views. The service was good all round and they even helped to organise a birthday surprise for me! It's quite pricy for Vietnam but honestly worth it if you're looking to splash out on a bit of luxury. We also got the free transfer from HCM which was easy & great!

Our family had a amazing time, so relaxing during the time stay at Melia Ho Tram, the food is so so ..delicious, the staff is friendly Come back here again
