Comfort Inn & Suites Sheridan

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet. The beds weren’t the best but they were ok. The kids loved the swimming pool. Breakfast had good options and tasted fresher than at some other hotels we’ve stayed at.

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub. Waterpark in the hotel would be great for kids. Our only issue was a glitch in the fire alarm system during the night. I'm sure that oops won't be repeated. Best hotel of our trip so far. Absolutely recommend.

Nice and well maintained slept like a happy baby

Stayed one night on the way to Yellowstone. Very clean, comfortable, larger room, plenty of space. Has a pool the kids used as well. Fit our needs.

Where to start… positive was that front desk was accommodating and polite. It was all downhill from there! Our key was difficult to use to get into the room, not a big deal just annoying. Then when we tried to call the front desk using the “front desk” button on the phone it called someone’s room. Never could get front desk called. Next we went to the pool. Hot tub isn’t hot, more like a warm bath and the jets are hardly a force to be reckoned with. Again, nothing horrible, but nothing worked properly. The people we met in the hot tub said that this hotel did not meet their expectations as well. Then when we went back to our room after the pool our key completely stopped working all together and we had to go back down to the desk all wet and wait for a new key, but the key machine had stoped working all together, so she politely came back to the room with us to let us in. While we were waiting for her to try and fix the key machine, there was a lady at the front desk asking for new sheets bc hers were full of garbage 😳 she then politely asked for a new room, which they couldn’t do bc they were full. (Nobody’s fault, just circumstance) she told me in the elevator that she had chosen this hotel bc it seemed newer (as did the “hot tub people”) our reason as well! THEN, my kid was hungry so he went to the vending machines downstairs and got a candy, drinks in that machine were out of service so he went to the one upstairs and only to have it take his money… phew! Done!

It was very nice and was priced fairly. Breakfast had several options. My family of 4 enjoyed our stay.

Nice and clean. Clean functioning pool ( plus for the kids ). Nice staff. Would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel 8 years ago and it was amazing. Haven't been back to Wyoming since then, but was a good enough experience we tried it again. We got in late and the kids had a great time swimming. The pool was a good experience. However, we were placed on the second floor just above the lobby. All night, we heard the sliding lobby doors that our youngest described as "a herd of rhinos" and we all didn't sleep well. The sheets and blankets were full of holes and deteriorating. The sink was clogged and backed up into the bowl when turned on (gross). The shower had almost no water pressure. I won't be back and felt we shouldn't have paid for this bad experience.

Loved the room it was great for traveling with our toddler. Only downfall was that it was hunting season and the other guests were really loud at five in the morning.
