Buffalo Inn

There was no one at front desk. Had to call for assistance. The kid who came, had the day off but still came to help us. Property is okay just not anyone around to help or watch

This property was clean but poorly serviced. We had 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper, no extras to be found. Only 2 towels for a family of 4. The public restroom on the main floor also lacked both toilet paper and paper towels. And their breakfast was limited to oatmeal packets, cereal, Some muffins and maybe a bagel or two. Even the coffee was almost empty at 7am. It was clean, and I'd sleep here again but staff didnt seem to be on top of replenishing necessary supplies.

While being checked it there was a group of people in the business office cussing and being very loud. It seemed to be the clerks family. Didn't care they we were even there. The tub/shower took 20 minutes to get hot water. I started showering in cold water and when i was almost done, it started warming up. When i checked out the man at the desk said they had been having problems for a while with the water but noone had been called to fix it. Poor way to conduct business. I would not stay there again. I mentioned refund and the clerk so no.

No AC in lobby or breakfast areas for three days' hot breakfast advertised was a toaster with mini bagels; Surly staff who treated everyone with a level of contempt; never had coffee made when we'd come down for breakfast and acted like they (Angie I believe her namw was) were going out of their way to do us a favor; The older gentleman (Marlin) was always grumpy; Room never had coffee for the coffemaker; The TV was onwhen we first walked into the room and the bed had a divit in it as if someone was already staying there; Never a friendly word, Angie loudly yelled at another elderly woman and berated her as if the woman was a child for daring to finish making the coffee because Angie was no where to be found and there was about 6-7 people waiting for the coffee which they advertise as being available 24 hours a day..I've never stayed in place that was so dang hot

Desk clerk was less than welcoming, said very little. Barely directed me which way to find my room. Had to ask all the questions to get any information . From my room number, to the wi-fi pass word. Breakfast time, check-out etc. Room took almost the whole night to cool off, AC was off when we arrived and it was very wam. Took over 10 mins for the shower water to get warm and the bathroom sink tap got incredibly hot. Had to be careful with kids washing hands, it could potentially burn someone
