Hampton Inn & Suites Pinedale

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. There was a Basketball tournament and even with a full hotel there was a lot of breakfast and the lady I charge of it was so helpful to everyone. If a child needed help and the parent wasn’t right there she was more than willing to help. Overall a great property but the staff made it exceptional.

The room we stayed in was designed by someone who put some thought into organization. TV in corner, out of way, Fridg, microwave, packaged well. Issues, not enough plug-ins. camera, phone, laptop. found one convenient plug. Biggest issue is height of furniture. I'm 5'8", and could not bend over the sink. Table was also too high. Wife tried to watch her soap's, but even on least BW setting, the presentation was waiting more than playing. quit in frustration. The furniture height is the turn off. not kid friendly and no stool to stand on. ending on a high note, the bed was very comfortable. As compared to other brand hotels, this was superior as I have the same complaints of them.
