The kid behind the counter was an absolute nightmare. Always had good experiences there but will definitely not be staying there again

Stayed here with our family(two adults, two teens, and a toddler.) we were very impressed with the size of the rooms, cleanliness, and the breakfast. Breakfast had so many options, including waffles! The staff at the breakfast were so kind and caring! Loved the coffee, tea and water in the lobby! We would definitely recommend!

Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had good options including cereal, toast, bagels, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles, oatmeal, fruits and more. The lady in charge of breakfast was very nice and engaged my kids in conversation. A good stay overall and we'd stay here again if in the area.

Hotel did not honor the reservation made using hotels.com. Traveling with a family needed 4 beds. The room only had 3, and they were smaller than we booked. Instead of 2 queens with 2 pullouts, we got two fulls and 1 pullout. It could have been a great stay.
