The outside side door had no lock and open to anyone, scary for a family. Walk in and there are dirty towels under the ice machine to collect water or to catch a leak from a faulty machine. Musty smelling rooms and filth on the walls. I’ve stayed at nicer hotels for much less. Do not trust the pictures on the website.

Giant hole in screen window which was not even attached and glass window could open all the way. Not safe if traveling with little ones. Shower curtain was black at the bottom, potentially mold. Friendly staff.

The door lock on the outside of the hotel (side door) was broken leaving the hotel ipen to anyone who opened the door. Not secure at all! Not a good feeling for a woman traveling with a small child.

For the price this hotel is great. It was clean and had a pool so the kids thought that was great. Front desk workers were all very friendly and helpful

In the room we were provided the door outside would slam and it would shake my headboard, kids running up and downstairs was not good. The front desk person was very rude. I have been coming to this motel for several years now this was our first bad experience.

The pool was closed which was the whole reason we booked was so our kids could swim in the pool as a little git a way. When checked in the reception was sub par, didn’t talk much besides asking for a card to put into the system. In our room m, the bathroom door handle looked like it was going to come apart and could not be pushed back together. The breakfast wasn’t great, scrambled eggs were watery, not much options. Bagel/bread was individually packaged in ziplock bags and milk was almost gone, not even enough for our whole family to have some. No variety of flavors of yogurt, just one kind. Never saw a person working there besides when we checked in. Signage outside was falling off of the sign telling what the place was, enterance was not well marked, and hard to see at night.

We went camping for a big family reunion at the state park and me and my kids just could not sleep at camp so we booked this hotel nearby and I was very pleasantly surprised. Our room was super clean, neat and orderly, it had all the essentials we needed. The weekend we went camping it was 92 degrees outside and our A/C was able to combat that with no problem, our room was super cold and so relaxing, my kids slept with no interruption at all and the beds and comforter sheets were super comfy. I liked the included mini soaps they smelled nice and plenty of nice clean towels were provided as well. The fridge was actually bigger than most hotels I've been in and we were able to store all our drinks and food in there. And we all really enjoyed the included yummy breakfast! The only thing I wish is that it had an elevator because our room was on the 2nd floor and we had a lot of luggage to carry up the stairs but it's not a big deal. We really enjoyed our stay and me and my husband always joke that the best part of camping weekend was the hotel lol. I highly recommend this place!

The Lady at front desk was rude. They have a printed sign saying no early checkins without 24 hour notice. This is a local thing as i didnt see anything on the hotel site. She said i could check in early ( A slight payse like she was loking at something) for an extra 20.00. This place being June was way over priced. I had booked a whirlpool tub room. Dont do this if your with kids or not with a significant other. The whirlpool is in the same open area as the bed and the shower is part of the whirlpool. The bathroom has a toilet and sink only The pool looked nice but couldnt use it as there were teenagers in there all the time thrown beach balls and jumping around. Being a senior couldnt use it for relaxing. The breakfest is a joke. This was the worst continental breakfest ever. Fake flat eggs like small yellow pancakes and sausage. No fruits but a couple bannanas stale looking plane begal had a waffel maker. 3 ceareals and very small so we had to est in our room. I wouldnt stay here again. Try the country inn and suites or comfort inn or if not booked the hotel downtown.

The staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast between 6am and 10am. Our only complaint was the pool was always low or did not have towels on both nights of our stay. Also, the chlorine level in the pool was extremely high and caused chlorine rash on both my children. I sat on the side of the pool and my legs were ichy just from being splash with the chlorine pool water. Plus, the hotel didn't provide lotion in the rooms or at the front desk which we desperately needed after the pool. We would love to come again if the high chlorine level could be resolved.
