Doubletree by Hilton Pleasant Prairie Kenosha

Checking in was fabulous, I loved the warm cookies & warm welcome from the front desk staff. The first thing I saw as I walked up to room 223, were black finger prints all over the door. Upon entering, there was a light smell of Fritos corn chips or someone’s smelly feet, not exactly sure. Thankfully, I always carry Lysol, bleach wipes & Febreeze. The beds were made to look like someone’s 10 year old child had just rolled out of bed, pulled the blankets up & called it a day! Lumpy in appearance, is an understatement. The flooring in front of the toilet is loose & coming apart. There were holes in the bed skirt, water damage on the wall to the left of the window, spotty internet services & the heat wasn’t offering the level of comfort I desired. Despite all of this, we had a great view of the rocks on top of the roof! LOL!!! Definitely not worth the price! Smh.
