Once again the pool was closed early and the hot tub did not work. We drive 5+ hours to stay at the hotel so we have the pool for our grandkids to enjoy. They look forward to "Nana and Papa" visits because of the hotel. I think we will start looking elsewhere.

Staff was great and always helpful. The hot tub temperature was set way to high the first night we couldn't put our feet in it even. Then after that once we told the front desk they closed it down. Other then that it was a great stay for my family and I.

The hotel gives false advertising about the capacity of rooms. We booked a prepaid family suite for a family of 6 (which was in our booking). Upon check in, we were told it was really only a room to sleep 4 people, so we would have to pay $20 extra for our younger two children to have a place to sleep. Terrible customer service from the hotel, but reservations customer service at Expedia (over the phone NOT chat) was amazing and they more than took care of us. Avoid this hotel, but 10/10 for Expedia!

Planned a simple weekend getaway for my family to celebrate the end of summer break. Booked based on reviews and amenities, especially the pool and activities in pool area. Disappointed to discover the pool and area were closed. Left number for manager but didn’t get a call. When I was able to speak to a manager, she didn’t even consider a discounted rate. Understand that things happen but disappointed they didn’t notify guests prior to check in to decide if this was the best place to stay. For us, we would have chosen somewhere else had we known as we wanted to spend the evening swimming.
