Quality Inn & Suites

Friendly staff in a relatively nee hotel. Good value for stay overnight on a family trip.

I enjoyed my stay at this Quality Inn. The staff were very nice. The breakfast area was immaculately cleaned per the staff amd the food was fresh and JUST RIGHT each morning. the Hot tub was nice after my day of business was finished. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The workout room (small) but adequate. My first night was SUPER QUIET!! second night there was a toddler free-running in a room accross the hall. Staff quickly came to ask them to quiet things down and all was well after that. (I did not complain, but was glad it was quickly attended to). Night 3 peaceful. My room was very clean and neat. I totally enjoyed the stay/the atmosphere/surroundings. My commute was not too bad. Beautiful scenery. I loved the views!! After arriving and having had a terrible flight, no sleep, and nothing going right, this place was God sent and I am grateful.

Room 109. Place smelled musty. Room had a musty smell. The bathtub had mold . One of the beds had a stain between the mattress and the box spring. The hot tub had lime and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The hotel is in a residential area which is weird. It seems there well water so your skin will feel weird after a shower. Vending machines were outdated. I tried calling the front desk for battery for remote control they never answered and when I looked at the phone it had like 1990 crust dirt between the speaker and the numbers. The hair drier looked like it had caught on fire it looked melted. Never will I ever visit this hotel with my family. We were all expecting to wake up itching from bed bugs but thank God we didn’t.

All of the staff are super kind and quick to act to make your stay comfortable. They are constantly cleaning. The pool was crystal clear and clean. Very family friendly.

I don't feel like the other reviews did this place the honest truth. The hotel is in a nice secluded area and quiet but it was very dated and I wouldn't say dirty but....maybe not upkept. The bathtub and plug had rust all over by the drain, the water in the shower was either burn your flesh or freeze you to the core, the pillows were small, almost child size, the room had an oldish smell to it. The breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful during our stay and that was the highlight for sure. The area around had 3 places to eat, all in the same gas station and it was subpar and took 30 minutes to get food from A&W. The hotel was easy to access and right off 90 which was fantastic but I think I would look for another hotel traveling thru again.

I made our reservations about 3hours prio to arriving. We have a dog so i was able to request a ground floor room next to an exit door so we can quietly take her out as needed....AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT WE GO !!!!! Thank you so much for that.....the only thing i have as a suggestion is that my daughter has a milk allergy and was unable to make waffles since they were buttermilk waffles.....the very nice guy up front was able to bring out the waffle package which was wonderful. We will definitely be back the next time we visit our family!
