Property is clean and a great environment for family

Smelly, but also the chemical scent of agents being applied to cover up the smelly, making it even more chemically smelly. Hard mattress of early 2000’s vintage. Probably privately owned and managed, children were seen working housekeeping and front desk. Kitchen was a huge plus, turkey and bacon club with steak fries was a welcome treat after a stale presentation otherwise.

The staff was polite and helpful. The room was well appointed and comfortable for the entire family. The shades kept the light to a minimum while trying to sleep. The only negative was the small size of the pool was extremely small.

The hotel staff was short of people on a weekend with an out of control hockey kids whose parents arrogantly didn’t care the kids were extremely loud -even playing hockey in the relaxing bar lounge… the one poor woman had to work front desk and bar while trying to manage the chaos of kids and equally loud parents. The rooms were excellent but comforters thin & pillows small.

Pool was so cold the kids didn’t even want to go in. The actual room the pool was in was cold but the pool was truly ice cold. Very adult friendly hotel though. Awesome gym with pelotons. Just not the best stay if you have kids with.

Love the 2 king beds plus pull out couch. Great amount of space for the family.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. However it is under construction, no notice when booking or before checking in of active construction. Construction noise throughout stay. Kitchen staff did not show for breakfast my sister was given a second room for her kids and someone was already occupying the room.

We booked it online on the road. It said it would be a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch suite which is why we choose this place. If not we would've just picked another place and booked 2 rooms since we have a larger family for the price of one room at this place. It ended up when we showed up it wasn't that and had to pay for 2 rooms because it was not represented correctly even though we put sleeping for 6 in one room and we couldn't get a refund. We ended up having to book another room. We got 2 King overpriced rooms with Pull out couch beds and one room didn't even have a mattress on the pull out couch on it. So my kid just slept on the couch without pulling it out. We were too tired to deal with complaining about that to the staff. Not sure they would care anyway. We just needed a place to crash and then go on our way not even use the amenities. WAY overpriced for what it is. Plus NO BREAKFAST. So ended up paying for 2 rooms at $175 each and no breakfast and missing mattress in one room to boot. We were tired after driving all day and it was super late so just dealt with it. Plus there is all the construction around the hotel. The pool looked like crap when we saw it in the morning. I would never stay at a Cambria hotel again.
