Fine for budget one night stay. Beds were really uncomfortable. The pull-out sofa was paper thin and no fitted sheets were provided. Breakfast was fine - always enjoy fresh waffles but the eggs were super watery and the sausage was not great. Staff was polite. The kids had fun in the pool. Nothing outstanding, but it’ll do in a pinch.

Brief stay in Madison on way to visit family. Have often stayed in same area with many hotel choices. This Best Western seems to be the best in this price range--clean, quiet, good service
