Sleep Inn & Suites Princeton I-77

This hotel was good! The only issue is that if youre staying on the 1st or 2nd floor, you can hear people walking around on the floor above you. We were on the 1st floor & there was a family with littles who were very active until well after 1:00 am. We could very plainly hear them running around so therefore, it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast wasn't great. But, hotel was clean & no other issues!

we chose it for the pool to let the kids wind down from hours in the car seats. it was open late which was perfect for us. The overall condition of the hotel was very nice. I would stop again.

We stay here each trip. It’s a good location for our family.

Hotel was clean. Check in was easy. Pool area was overly chlorinated but kids had fun, quick easy stay on our travels.

Bathroom&shower were visibly dirty. Mini fridge was also dirty, especially in the top freezing section. The fan for the fridge made a constant noise that kept me up. And while out of the hotel the heat and air unit stopped working and would only work on the “fan” setting causing the room to become stuffy. Called the front desk to see if there was a way to reset the unit but they said they didn’t know much about but could move us rooms. It was late and I had two sleeping toddlers so I decided to stick it out since check out was the next day. Overall was very disappointing for the pay.

When the toilet was flushed the water came up to the top of the rim of the toilet and took 20 minutes to drain. My credit card was compromised and used to make a $1200.00 purchase the day we checked out. There was also no breakfast that was advertised. Based on this experience we will not be staying at a Choice Hotel property and neither will our friends and family.

After watching us load the luggage cart with our bags, the clerk told us the elevator was out of order. Once we carried our bags all the way up to the 3rd floor, I heard and saw housekeeping using it despite it having an out of order sign on it. We came down early for the Continental breakfast only to find a poorly stocked mini refrigerator, an empty crockpot that once had gravy in it, the shelf for bagels, bread & biscuits depleted and one of the two wafflemakers in working order. We ended up eating dry cereal because the pitcher for milk was out & never replenished. On top up the elevator being out and the bad experience with breakfast there were several groups of kids that ran up and down the halls being loud and trying to get into rooms that their key didn't open. They also managed to burn something in a room microwave which had the whole 3rd floor smelling like body odor and smoke. To my knowledge none of their chaperones were approached about their behavior.

Staff was very helpful going abive & beyond to assist in every way. Checked in with 2 small children exhausted from long & unexpected road trip, attendant privided pack n play and even gave some milk and helped carry it all up. In the a.m I needed an android charger fir daughters Ipad & was guven a loaner. & for tge kicker the laundry app would not accept my cc card and a few ladies pulled together the change going the extra mile to be sure I could wash things up despite. I mean I Couldn't have asked for a better experience & all with an awesome rate!! Thank you & Gid bless you all for your hospitality & SERVICE! You are so appreciated 🙏🙌

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. No soaps in the room, pool was so cold me and my kids couldnt swim in it.

The rooms were good but we were a little small and the tv never worked, i didnt complain or call the office as we were only using it for the kids at bedtime so staying frozen was ok. The rooms were clean, the fridge worked and the shower pressure was decent. The breakfast left much to be desired there was make your own waffles and 2 cereals but that was about it. Parking is small, and the spaces were kinda tight for our truck but they were manageable dont plan to park with a trailer of any kind though. Would stay again if need be.
