I think that a swing area for children would be a great idea. Lots of kids there during our stay. Also plastic wrap and foil in cabins would really be nice

beautiful place. suite is great for big family. kitchen is well equipped.

I visited SHR during the winter season to avoid crowds, but it will be nice to visit SHR during summer. It is in a beautiful, isolated area with many things to do with family.

Absolutely beautiful location. We loved the simple cabin that fit in perfectly with the surroundings. So many thoughtful touches. Two choices for heat inside. A cute iron stove or more modern heat/ac wall unit. Outside fire rings Nice wall art of local scenery. A kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. A little store & coffee shop for extras. BBQs. Large pots by dock to cook crabs you catch in the bay. Fun birdwatching Eagles to Bufflehead Ducks, etc. All the staff members we met were very friendly & helpful. We were attending a nearby family Thanksgiving get together and plan to stay here again.

We had a great stay. The cabins were very clean and the property is well maintained. Our kids really enjoyed riding bikes around and playing all of the yard games the resort has available. The complimentary kayak rentals and unlimited firewood for the fire pits were both really nice amenities.

Beautiful location. Perfectly sized cabin with all the amenities my family needed. Heard owls, watched heron, and saw several deer from our porch. (Last year we saw an otter family but we missed them this time).

Our family’s second stay at the Snug Harbour Resort, we absolutely love the log cabin and throughly enjoy the fire on a cold evening. The views are wonderful and the location is perfect. We will be back again…
