This hotel is quite dated. The floor feels like you might fall through. Our room was spacious but the latch lock was broken off as if someone had kicked in the door. The elevator was so slow. The pool was still under construction, even though we had been told it was set to open that week. It’s been closed for over a year. I found a booger on the duvet (under the cover). One outlet didn’t have a cover and only worked in a certain position that was impossible to keep. The TV connection was not great - it felt like watching tv in the 80s. Service was great - everyone we interacted with was very nice. My kids loved the free breakfast and I liked the water machine in the lobby. We picked this place because of the location close to the soccer fields and that was an easy commute. My husband used the gym associate with the hotel and said it was quite nice.

We booked our stay at this hotel on the condition that there was a pool , we even called ahead to make sure there was one because our kids were counting on swimming and we were told there was one but when we got there we found out they didn't have one very disappointing! Also the refrigerator freezer was full of ice and defrosting with water everywhere. We were given towels to clean it up ourselves! The clerk who checked us in was friendly but we we weren't impressed with the property.

Just a run down old Best Western with a new name. This just definitely wasn't what I expected when I booked. I am out of town visiting family in town and misread the pool being outdoors. When we asked the lady at the front, she was extremely sarcastic. The remote for the tv barely worked. A light switch was missing. The comforters tag was hanging out right next to my face on the bed. I would have stayed elsewhere having known better. Dont waste your money.

This motel is very dirty and outdated. They haven‘t cleaned the carpet in the hall of the rooms for a long time and everything seems to ne old and dirty. We also booked this motel because on Expedia it said that there was a pool, but there was NOT! You can go to a pool of a gym in town. But it closes at 6pm and you must be 18 or older to ne allowed to go there. So we travelled with two little kids that expected that they good go to a pool. It ended up with a lot of crying of the kids and dissapointment. The guy who checked us in was also very rude to us. This motel is next to a convention center. On that saturday we stayed, there was a big party going on. It was so loud that nobody was able to sleep until 3am!! There must be a lot of Partys going on there at the weekends but the motel didn‘t care. They only good thing at this motel was the nice lady running the breakfast. She did a great job! Don‘t waste your money going there!

Property needs serious facelift and thorough cleaning. Curtains torn in our room. Made reservation for two rooms occupied by family members with the same last name, because we didn’t specifically request adjoining rooms, we were assigned rooms on two separate floors., “randomly assigned” no chance of correction. Would not stay there again.

This hotel just changed ownership from Best Western to Wingate. The change is so new that the phones in the bedrooms still have Best Western info on them and the signs in the parking lot are Best Western covered by banners. The hotel staff was nice... but also joined the guests in eating the free breakfast. It was weird to see all the staff taking turns chowing down, and this kind of gives you the vibe of the place. It is low end, kind of slightly desperate. The neighborhood is industrial with some homeless sleeping nearby. Given the inattentiveness of the skeleton staff, I doubt that the building is very secure. If you want a low cost, reasonably clean place to sleep, it certainly worked. I simply imagine if I had booked it with my wife... it is not at all "nice." It's a basic bed at a basic price. Most clients appeared to be workers on utility trucks staying their while on jobs. It's great for that kind of use, not for families.

It’s hard to describe this property other than… The Shining. Our room had red carpet, threadbare and highly stained in several places, a red wall behind the bed, and a full length mirror facing the bed and red wall. There was no protector on the paint-stained mattress and no cover for the “duvet”. The linens smelled of spray starch and the carpet did not feel safe to walk on barefoot. To call the room ‘creepy’ is putting it mildly. We tried to scope out other rooms but never got the chance. We woke up congested with watery eyes each morning from the air conditioner. The couch was at least 30 years old and I didn’t want to sit on it. It looked like something found on the side of the freeway and brought to the room. And why was the full sized mirror placed across from the bed? I shudder… For guests who do not care about cleanliness, the room had perks: very large, actually comfortable if under dressed king size bed, and breakfast was free. The outside of the hotel felt pretty sketch and is in a fairly empty area. Planters outside of the lobby contained dead flowers that had never actually been transplanted from the nursery pots. Aside from the recent paint job on the outside, this hotel is in desperate need of a VERY deep and thorough cleaning and update. To cap things off, there was a child riding a trike down the pergo floors in our hallway this morning. “Danny doesn’t live here anymore, Mrs. Torrence.” It was a relief to check out.

Despite having a valid reservation according to Expedia, when I showed up with my family (including) my 5 yo after a long all-day road trip , the hotel informed me that there’s no reservation for my name in their system, because the 3rd party (Expedia) has canceled my reservation. When I showed the reservation still renders as active on my phone, the receptionist said there’s nothing they can do, since the reservation was canceled and since then they got fully booked. I was left without accommodation and a crying 5 yo. What a disappointment.
