Absolutely great hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. Our room was spotless! This will be my go-to hotel when traveling to see family.

The pool area was very clean, which isn’t common for an indoor hotel pool. The pool was chilly, though. The rest of the hotel was also clean. The kids gave the continental breakfast five out of five stars due to variety available and those little waffles you make in the waffle irons.

Super friendly staff and clean! They had free breakfast in the morning that was better than expected. The kids had a blast in a the pool and hot tub. We will defiantly be staying again!

The property was great, only complaint was the pool and jacuzzi could barely be used due to high amount of smell of chlorine. My kids and I had to get out in 15 minutes as our eyes could not stand it.

My only concern is the pool, there is so much bleach in the pool that in 10-15 min, it starts irritates your eyes, & I was not in the pool, just sitting near by watching my kids

Very nice, recently renovated mid-range hotel, clean room and lobby. Breakfast was good, including the make-your-own waffle station so propular with kids.

we know hampton is the best place for my family and we really enjoyed this stay except one experience. the breakfast server was watching me, my kids, and all other people (we were there with 2 other families and they said the same thing.) at the food serving area. i understand she wanted to make sure the quality is not compromised, the food not contaminated. but the way she was checking on was "stop and stare" way. well, i still like hampton. i wasn't lucky to have a breakfast on her work time.
