The rooms and common areas were clean and in general well kept. The elevator made a bit of a scary noise. There were people letting their children run up and down the hall and through the breakfast area. It bittered my taste a little but it’s not really the hotel’s fault that some people are rude.

The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Paid for a suite and the tub was broken and the refrigerator froze all of the babies milk and food. Informed the staff, no compensation was given.

It was quiet area I felt safe. I will come back to stay again. Will not be going back to other one I've been going for the last 5 years. The holiday inn express is the best in other states i was told by my family.

We were in town visiting family and stayed here for 6 days. Our room was very clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue we had was that the water pressure in the shower was a little weak in room 117, but aside from that, our stay was great. Super convenient location right off the 66. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

3 night stay. Have stayed many times and find it convenient to family. Only negative thing was the water pressure in the sink. Very poor. Shower was fine. Nice breakfast and enjoyed the sauna very much at the end of the day.

This hotel had a great pool for my children and the staff was very helpful. Will stay there again if I can.
