Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Abingdon

The desk workers wanted to pass the buck, I sent emails to management regarding my stay….never answered. Laundry services available, but no change in the building….the building is excellent, staff, no. I had bugs in my room….I found a bite on my tummy….Realize I stayed for 1 week visiting family. I asked if my niece could bring my great niece to play in the pool, no….the pool was used 1 time I seen in that week besides being used by myself. With taxes I paid over $925 for this week….oh and food….seriously it was terrible. Everything was premade….yuck. And coffee or hot water were not available like in most hotels. Will I stay here w this chain again, absolutely NOT!

Excellent hotel for family stay. Children loved the pool. Breakfast items were available even for a 5 am departure.

The staff was extremely courteous, and the room was clean and spacious. My family will definitely be back.

Everything was nice, but the complimentary breakfast wasn' t that great. The waffles were the ones with little crunches of sugar and my kids and I didn't like them. The apple juice and milk was watered down and there wasn't many options. It was well kept up and stocked and looked clean, just needs better choices.

The bathrooms had large bottles of half used shampoo, conditioner and body wash instead of individual travel sizes. I wasn’t a fan of using products that I had no was of knowing if they had been tampered with or not. I booked two rooms and they were on two different floors. Not idea for traveling with kids. This hotel was more expensive than all the other places we stayed on our travels and nothing special.

The room was very roomy. The facility was very clean. Breakfast was very good. The pool had way too much chlorine in it. My grandkids would normally be in a pool for a couple of hours. They were ready to get out after 30 minutes.

One night stay on a road trip with our family (5). Room was clean and comfortable. Easily fit our family for a restful evening. Staff was great.
