This is a great, highly rated hotel but the services are limited. There is no room service. If you order food from the restaurant you get to eat it out of styrofoam boxes and plastic utensils. Hard to eat the steak or chops. Parking is poor as well. I would not want my family having to park across the road a half block away from hotel. I just do not think it is safe, especially at night and with the homeless people in the area. I like the hotel but there are better options in Bristol.

The staff are so friendly and helpful and the room was clean and luxurious. They placed a food/water bowl and a pet bed for my babies. We will definitely stay at the Bristol Hotel again. The only improvement needed is better lighting over the bathroom sink and a mirror on the inside of the bathroom door. I struggled to do my makeup and when styling my hair I couldn’t see the back of my head. I couldn’t tell if it was okay or looked horrendous. Other than that it was a fabulous stay. The bed was very comfortable which was one of the main things I was looking for as I have spine disease. I highly recommend the Bristol Hotel.

The rooms are nicely appointed and definitely a great value for the money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the private guest party on the rooftop to watch Independence Day fireworks. However, since our first stay 2 years ago, the area immediately surrounding the hotel seems to have become a homeless hangout; I would not feel safe going out alone after dark. Also, the rooms are getting dusty in the higher spots. My family is unusually tall so we can see the build up on light fixtures and trim. Even with all that said, we will gladly stay there again and recommend the property to any who ask.

Great hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Love the decor. Great stay. Roof top bar looked cool but we had the kids with us. Would stay here again!

This hotel is very nice. We stayed for a show. We didn't get to experience the rooftop bar. The hotel was extremely secure and very clean. The ceiling fan had me sleeping like a baby. The breakfast was not your typical powdered eggs. It was chef-quality and delicious. Highly recommend.

This is the new favorite hotel for family—rooms are nice, service is great, and the restaurant downstairs serves a great breakfast (and Crystal is a very attentive waitress!).

This property was great! The rooms are really nice! It was extremely quiet my kids slept a full 12 hours which is just amazing!!! The service was above and beyond! I definitely want to come back and visit because this hotel is absolutely amazing! My husband said this has by far been the best hotel he has stayed at during our cross country vacation!!!

Maybe my expectations were too high but this fell way short of what I’d call top 10 hotels. The suite felt small even at 600 sqft, no storage to hide personal belongings, no bellhop service or room service as advertised, had to ask for certain inclusions which makes me feel rude. Bed was extremely comfortable, and room very clean except for some mold in shower, shower large enough for two but only 1 shower head-wasted space and space for personal supplies was not tall enough so sat on floor-awkward, high ceilings and big windows with nice view, robes are always a nice touch too. Beware that there are only 8 or so spaces in front of hotel, you will be directed walking distance for free parking which is visible from room, but too far with lots of luggage and small children/baby-you will need to completely unload in 15 minute parking then park for night. Dining at Vivian’s was delicious but limited offerings, bar staff very nice, not as impressed with morning staff. Check in staff seemed new and unsure of themselves, as if they only knew their script and not individually accommodating/welcoming their guests. Morning staff seemed equally unenthusiastic. Just overall disappointed, but would stay again for the comfortable bed, gorgeous building, easy enough location off interstate, great bakery a block away.
