My family and I visited over Thanksgiving and had such a wonderful time. The staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel like they were all genuinely happy we were there. The shuttle was a wonderful amenity offered to be able to get anywhere desired in the area. Although we did not have a single negative experience, at one point we witnessed a guest that had a displeasing dinner experience. The prompt attentiveness that the staff portrayed was bar none. It was nice to see that everything was being done to correct any unhappy experience. My family and I were discussing as we were checking out when we will be making another trip to Stein Eriksen.
