Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Corpus Christi-Portland, an IHG Hotel

I booked 2 rooms for my son and his young family before our stay at an AirBNB house for the weekend and I wish we would have stayed longer! The rooms were very spacious and both rooms had couches that converted to beds if needed. The beds were so comfortable, with 4 fuffy pillows per bed. Everything you'd expect from a Holiday Inn was there. The complimentary breakfast was really fresh, the only unusual thing was the pancake machine which I guess replaced the waffle irons which was a little disappointing but other than that it was a great stay. The ladys at the counter were very professional and friendly as well. The shopping, food, and fishing was great around the area as well. Will definately stay there again in the future.

Room clean, comfortable,cold But Holiday Inn needs to take care of property. Pool rusted and very dirty not swimmable my kids unhappy Bathroom tub has rust. Elevator dirty, someone spit on floor. Still there next day. Breakfast old and coffee counter dirty. We had till noon to leave but cleaning crew was coming threw door at 9:00 Front desk clerk nice.

Rooms are very big and beds are comfortable fell asleep like a baby also convenient to Walmart and target. Breakfast was basic cereal pancakes sausages eggs... Only complaint was my rooms bathtub had rust below faucet... Needs a lil elbow grease with CLR other than that it was a good stay.

I went there with my family for a week stay and the entire staff there were friendly and accomodating to every need we had. Our room was clean and housekeeping was amazing. We also had the opportunity to experience the pool and it was perfect for our family. They serve breakfast also and we ate here every morning i.e. they have pancakes, oatmeal, bananas, bagels, eggs, sausage etc. Our beds were also very comfy and the AC was nice and cool! Right across from the hotel was a Texas A 1 steak place and I highly recommend it.
