My complaints really have nothing to do with the staff or the hotel. It was more with the other people staying there. There were lots of men/workers loitering everywhere. We were two females by ourselves. When we would walk by, they would say things like " hey baby, come sit with me." They would make it very obvious they were looking at us to the point of being uncomfortable.

Definitely was a nice stay and the staff were very helpful and friendly, it was clean and in a really convenient area as everything was near me and my family will definitely stay again when we return

I have stayed in multiple hotels and not one of them have heated water in their swimming pools including this one. Not a single hotel wants to invest money in heating their pools. I have small children and the swimming pool is the highlight of staying in a hotel. I’m very disappointed.

A nice place for our budget. The staff is very friendly. The space is large enough for two kids running around. The only thing I would complain is the smell of smoke, although it claims to be a non-smoking room, the smell comes from the wall, furniture and carpet (the so called “third hand smoke” accumulated from the past).

Fantastic Service from Beginning to End. I mistakenly booked a smoking room and, even though it was a holiday weekend, they worked hard to get us re-booked into a non smoking one. Their customer service is impeccable! Excellent Breakfast accommodations. They have awesome staff throughout the facility. Thanks to each of you for helping our family have such a great stay!

The hotel check-in was good. The room itself was horrible. Shower won't drain properly at all, the handle squeaks like it's getting ready to fall off. The shower wall was damaged. They also didn't clean our room which was disappointing especially since many families come here for the beach.
