Best Western Ingleside Inn & Suites

Front desk was empty with a sign saying call this number for assistance. There were two other families they're waiting. One was waiting for towels and said the girl was going to be right back. The woman working came back and handed the lady pool towels and said they were out of all other towels. She seemed very annoyed that there were people there to check in. We have called ahead of time to request bedding for the pull out sofa when we got into the room there was no bedding. We came down to ask for bedding and again she was not at the front desk so we called and she said that she would bring it up to the room. We left the hotel for several hours and when we came back that evening there was no bedding still for the pull out sofa. We called again and she said she would bring it right up. About an hour later she brought up only sheets. We made do for the night and the next morning she was still there we requested a blanket and pillows. She brought up one pillow. She seemed very annoyed with every request. This made for two uncomfortable nights especially for my daughter who had no pillow or blanket the first night and no blanket the second night. The rest of the staff was pleasant.

Im so dissapoinment ,, first the door lock did not work, the personel move us to other room and the air conditioning did not work either ,my family and I had 2 very hot nights,, we reported to personel but they said that they not have any person to fix it .

Overall it was a great family experience

Looks okay upon arrival, could use a good landscape clean up, comparing to next door hotel. Front desk attendant was super friendly and down to earth. Asked for an extra towel or two at check-in was was told he wasn't sure they had any. Room felt clean, though there was a couple dead bugs. Suite room excellent size, family of 4 and we were not feeling on top of each other. Suite complete with kitchenette had a fridge, microwave, 2 burner stove top and cabinets were full of cookware and kitchen essentials and paper towels. Headed down to the pool which is exterior access, found no pool towels in the cabinet, so hubby went and asked and then was given towels. Pool wasnt the most clean or well maintained. Air system in our bedroom was definitely flawed, was set at 61 and would not click off no matter how high the temp. Finally got it to turn off by setting the fan from auto to on and turning the system to off. The second night it seemed to have started working appropriately, no idea what change because we just stopped trying to set it. Called down to get extra pillow and bedding for the sofa pull out and they didn't have an extra pillow, my bad for forgetting the kids' Breakfast was pretty typical for hotel food, not bad at all not super great. Second room I had gotten for my parents smelled horribly they reported. Overall the location was great! We really enjoyed the drives to the Port A and to Corpus but definitely left feeling disappointed.
