Hyatt Place Plano

Very clean facility and friendly staff. Only complaint would be the channel options with the cable. There was nothing at all for kids available. Outside of that, the stay was great.

The friendless of the staff was beyond expectation all them were smiling and were happy to see you like you were there family.

Overbooked! My prepaid reservation was cancelled and I was moved to another property separate from family members! I was promised the rate would be honored. Instead I was billed a second time, at the hotel I was forced to relocate to. At nearly double the rate I’d already paid! This was on a weekend, and I had to wait until a weekday to resolve! Additionally the new hotel had paid parking and no complimentary breakfast! Was not an even swap and extremely inconvenient!

Propery was clean and maintained for its age. It was quiet, felt safe there with my family. Breakfast was really good, but needed bacon.

Hotel is in a good location. Seemed very clean. Beds were nice. AC was a little noisy. Only 1 elevator was working so that was annoying since we were on the 4th floor. There were a lot of families there for high school graduation but it was quiet. I would stay here again.

Overnight trip to pick someone up from the airport. I like this hotel, it's kid friendly. Kids have a side. My hubby and I have the other. Only thing needed is a microwave.

We love Hyatt Place and usually select it given many other options. This time, however, we’re very disappointed by Plano location. No green apples in the lobby, their‘signature signs’, that’s minor, but still very noticeable. When we checked in for the Memorial Day long weekend, we were told that the breakfast is till 10 am. On Monday we came down at 9:15 only to find out that on weekdays the breakfast is served till 9am. Many families with kids were upset not knowing this fact. Obviously we were not the only guests who was not aware about changes in breakfast schedule. The concierge should have notify guests at check in if the breakfast time is different on weekdays. So - one star for ruining the start of my day today. Hyatt Place, you can do better!
