love staying at this Hotel! always clean,the rooms are spacious ,the bed clean and comfortable. Nice having kitchen with everything you need. all the comforts of home. thank you and your staff. {P.S I always recommend you to family and friends}

Great for families

We were very disappointed with our stay. The only reason we chose this hotel was the indoor pool. We called to make sure it was open and working and they assured us it was. When we arrived, they had a water hose in the pool filling it. The water was very cold and very cloudy. First 2 days of the trip it was unusable. Then the last day we asked for a late checkout so we could let the kids swim (they were very upset bc we had promised them swimming), when we went to get in, we were told that they had put some very strong chemicals in there (no doubt it was needed due to it being freshly filled!) and it was closed!! So the kids still didn’t get to swim. We paid over $200/night just because this pool looked awesome and didn’t even get to use it after being assured we would….. needless to say, we left very upset and won’t be coming back there. The water pressure was VERY weak.. so weak that it took me a long time to rinse hand soap off of my hands! And even with the weak water pressure in the shower, the clogged drain was bad enough that the tub still filled up with water somehow. We booked the room for 4 people and they didn’t give us enough towels or bedding. We had 3 towels total and they didn’t give us sheets for the 2nd bed…The shampoo dispenser was empty in the shower and we ran out of toilet paper. When we called to get more sent up, they said they were short staffed and we would need to come get it. They gave us a Keurig but stocked bagged coffee, not kcups.

A wonderful place to stay especially in a family suite-fully equipped with sitting area, separate bedroom, and full kitchen.

Disappointed in my stay, On the 2nd day of my 4 day say my Room was never serviced I asked the front desk young woman if they can inform the housekeeping to come into the room to service, she inform me she was going to contact head of housekeeping left out of my Room to grab some food with my kids came back 2 hours later Room was never serviced. My entire stay my room wasn't serviced and the last night of my stay is when a house keeper tried to service the room, no thank you. My son woke up with a fever after getting in the pool the night before, I woke up at three in the morning to see if there was tylenol I can buy, no tylenol or no one in the front desk. The indoor swimming pool was the main reason for our stay and even that was disappointing. The hot tub was dirty and you can see the dirt on the foam in the tub. Never again.

This is our go to hotel when staying in Midland. Super clean. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Awesome indoor pool for the kids!!!

Very nice and clean place! The pool and pool restroom could use some help. It’s a salt water pool and my kids could not stop sneezing because of the amount of chlorine. The pool restroom was very dirty and I’m not sure anyone had cleaned it at all that day. Otherwise than that I can see myself staying here again.

Everything about this hotel was great. Employees were very helpful and did their best to make sure my family and I were comfortable. Very quiet area.
