Hampton Inn Kenedy

We visited for a family Christmas party. We had gone through a third party. When we got there I asked about a military discount. They said you should have adked 3rd party. The 3rd party we also asked about military discount and disabled told us to ask hotel during check in. So after all that we were supposed to get a handicap room. Well my husband is in a wheelchair. Couldnt get a shower and had to brush teeth sideways. Breakfast food cold. We didnt get any help for what we needed.As far as discount or room we needed. We were told we were lucky to get it. I used to really like Hampton Inn. But this last experience. My big family will think twice.

After checking into hotel and unpacking I opened the closet door to find dirty towels hanging in there. I went down and told the Lady and gentleman at the front desk about this and was told that they would go up and clean the room and remove the dirty towels. I left to visit with family and returned back to hotel and nothing had been done to room and dirty towels were still in closet.
