La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Humble Atascocita

This hotel has gone way down. The new flooring wasn’t installed right and it felt like the tiles were crumbling under our feet. The water in the faucet was brown but eventually cleared. There was dust all over the walls causing our allergies to go crazy. And I was charged $50 for 1 towel because supposedly it was damaged. My child spilled a blue drink and the towel was used to clean up the spill. The towel could have been washed and the drink would’ve come out. This makes me question if they actually do clean their linens. So after 9 years of visiting this hotel our last trip was indeed our last.

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay everything was great.

Me and my family have stayed at this property before no problems we loved it. But you can tell now the property has changed management the food was old, the tables were dirty. I tired drinking tea the honey was old. The lady at the front desk was loud using profanity her and the lady that works in the cafeteria. Her appearance was horrible and she wore house shoes to work. We won't be going again this property is going down.

Very convenient location for us while visiting family, and we love the proximity to walmart and HEB

The staff were all very nice and kind, but the overall condition of the property is beginning to go down hill. I had a major issue the last time I stayed at the property and against my better judgement I stayed again because it was close to my family. These issues were not as bad as before, but needed to be corrected. We had to be moved from first room because the television did not work and the room we were moved to the phone did not work. I had to purchase deodorizers because my room smelled so bad

Friendly staff. Clean spacious room. Pet friendly rooms. Decent breakfast. Pool was out and they did not offer pay per view which left our kids a little bored. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We chose to stay here as it was the only hotel near our families home where we were visiting for the weekend.We booked two rooms, unfortunately room 414 smelled really awful, what my sister described as a rancid pee smell that was coming from the carpet. We also found that in room 416 MOLD was growing in the picture frames by the bed. The rooms felt extremely musty and the hotel floor also smelled when you would leave your room. If you’re trying to sleep in, hope that the people in the rooms around you hold the door as it closes, the doors when closing on their own slam shut loudly. I let them know when I checked out but am still wanting to make others aware. The only plus side was the stuff who were all very friendly, but I will not be staying here for future visits.
