Best Western Plus Houston Atascocita Inn & Suites

Staff was friendly and room was clean! Our room had a decent crack underneath the door where sound could be let out through. I was able to hear a dog, baby crying, etc walking through the hall.

Lost power on a day that the weather app said felt like 113. At 10pm we had to find another place to sleep. Came back the next 2 days and was good. Nice large fridge. Decent breakfast. Just some wear and tear, but good for the price. I always like a place with 2 beds and pullout couch for our family. There were no sheets on the pullout and they said there were not sheets for it just a blanket and pillow in the closet. We asked again and at least got a sheet.

I was traveling with my kids and dog staff was extremely friendly very helpful I would go back again everything worked as advertised 💯💯

We’ve stayed here many times. It’s convenient to family we visit and is clean and safe.

It was a good stay, a little noisy with kids in next room, but still was good.

Be sure to discuss in detail of timing for Late Check Out ( due to flights ) There was a huge misunderstanding, led on by Staff manager… As I stepped away from room, they kicked my teenage child and all my belongings to them out of the room in a quick time frame, without my knowledge! Unbelievable! Absolutely furious!

Needed a one night stay because of home water pump went out. 2 queen suite was perfect for my family.

This hotel is under construction and I really feel that should be stated. When we got there the water was turned off. There were construction supplies everywhere and water on the floor and in elevator. Once in my room, it was full of paint supplies so I had to go back down and get another room. Once finally in a room, the lighting is very dim even with all lights on and the carpets are stained. Besides that, it was basically clean. For some reason when I room was clean only the towels were replaced. Nothing else was. No shampoo and conditioner or cups or coffee. Didn't have time to even call down and complain. We were there for a wedding. You can also hear everything going good on in the halls including barking dogs and crying children. The only saving grace of this whole thing is everyone working there is very nice and accommodating. I just want to say again that people should know it is being remodeled before they book and then decide for themselves if they want to stay there or not

We were there for a big birthday party nearby and had too keep adding rooms at the last minute for out of town guests who didn't want to drive home. The staff was very accommodating and got everyone in. Family friendly and nice pool for the kids. The only thing that could use some help is the beds. The mattresses are hard and kind of bumpy compared to other hotels in this class.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here ….. I booked reservations for family and myself , I picked pay at the hotel because everyone was paying for there own rooms .. my card that was on file was charged numerous times and when I question the first desk employee about all the charges .. she inform me even if you pick pay at the hotel they check to see if money is on your card … so all this happened hours before I even checked 7am .. check in is at 3pm ..I called corporate office which they inform me it’s privately owned and the hotel was responsible for releasing those charges … but would create a formal complaint…… all these happen on sat 8/5 it’s Wednesday 8/9 and charges still have not been released…. So to make things even worst … family members asked for extra small towels … they had to present Id and room number so they can keep track of how many towels you had in your room …. I don’t know if they did this because we black or what … but it’s not worth the hassle….please be aware an pick another hotel ……signed someone waiting on money that shouldn’t have been charged to my card in the 1st place ….. and yes they charge everyone card upon check in even though they ran my card numerous of time for everyone room …. Including charged my again for my room … we were there for a housewarming party if we had a choice we definitely would have went somewhere else …
