The front desk clerk had an issue with my Expedia reservation. She brushed me aside to help other guest in the middle of helping me. Then calls me at 6:45am and wakes my entire family because she is having issues with Expedia.

Our toilet was SCREAMING all morning. It ran ALL night and then when one of the kids went to the bathroom early in the morning, it started SCREAMING!!! It was so bad that the front desk opened up the room next door to us so that we could use the bathroom until we checked out. Also, There was an omelet labeled as a vegetable omelet at breakfast. My wife has been a vegetarian for 31 years. She got the vegetable omelet that looked the exact same as the one she got several times at other Holiday Inn Expresses, including the week before in Fredericksburg, TX. Except this on had small chunks of ham mixed in. That is wholly unacceptable!!!
