Best Western Henrietta Inn & Suites

So I was thinking about leaving a moderate review until we checked out. There was a stain on the sheets and mildew on the shower curtain… but the customer service the next morning was top notch. I would stay again just because the staff is so friendly. They can always clean up a little more, but these days it’s hard to find friendly staff willing to go over and beyond. Anything we needed, they bent over backwards to help with… they also gave the baby a yogurt to take with her! Just very sweet sweet staff.

I would have given 5 stars except we were woke up by kids running, stomping and hollering this morning and it went on for about 2 hours. I believe they were in room next to us, we were n 300. We had late night so intended on a sleep n this morning. I do believe the kids belong to the owners.

This property is highly convenient for travelers passing through the Henrietta area. The owner and family are invested in providing a clean and updated property.

The room was super clean. The breakfast was fine for the family, I appreciated the oat and almond milk options available. The only bummer was the pool was closed and I had to break my 11 year olds heart. Other than that super happy with this hotel.

The two nice young men that helped us at the front desk, Mack and Sandy, made us feel welcome even when we came in very late at night. They had free breakfast in the morning and everything was in a little bag so it was ready to go which was helpful. I also enjoyed the fresh fruit and my partner liked the eggs. We slept like babies in the king sized bed. We also had a large cooler of food in our car and it all fit in their large mini fridge. We picked this place because it felt safe and like we would not be robbed, this is one of our concerns while traveling across the country. Our room was very nice and modern, I like how they decorated the place. I was also told their pool would be open in a week. We were too early to enjoy it, but for future guests, they have one :)

They are in the process of updating the hotel. Our room is one that has been updated and it was lovely. However, the reason for the three stars is due to the fact that the pool and gym are closed and stuffed with stuff and it was not advertised this way. My kids were very very disappointed about the pool in particular.
