Check in was not very pleasant. Computers were down and our room wasn’t ready to be checked into until 4pm, so my family and I had to wait in the lobby for an hour. Had to walk up to the receptionist to ask if our room was ready for them to finally get us checked in. Wonder how much longer I would’ve waited had I not asked. Wish they would’ve been more hospitable

It wasn’t a good experience at ALL. I expect a full refund my family won’t be coming back here. THREE of our towels had a weird stain on them and ONE of them appeared to have SEMEN?!?!

Check in was fantastic, the room was great. But the noise level was unheard of. You could hear everything going on in the hallway and the conversations in the room next door. Kids were running up and down the hall. The foyer of the hotel was full of kids just running around acting crazy. Not the hotel's fault, more so the parents. There was just no respect for other people and it being a place of rest.

Just passing through from East Tx to delivery a service Aussie to a military family in Colorado. Highly recommend staying at the Tru Hilton and we will be back if we have anyother pups heading north ❤️

It looks like a fun modern college/family hotel. The food selection was great for breakfast and the freezer options for dinner (tho maybe a bit $ for a frozen meal). There’s on shared microwave but it was always available. The eco friendly soap and lotion options were top notch. Room was very clean and modern. Roller shade sheer and blinds were super effective blackout. Towels are soft. :) I always wish there was a freezer in the fridge. But this tends to be the trend at most hotels now. Texas is HOT and it’s nice to be able to refreeze cooler packs for the next day.

I really enjoyed the design and layout of the hotel. I thought it was very family friendly and unique. Fair pricing!
