Check in was easy, the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Both my son and I had rooms for our respective families. When we got to the rooms on the 3rd floor, the keys did not work. A trip back down to the desk got my problem solved, but my son had to make two more trips to have the keys reprogrammed before they finally worked. The hotel is clean, but very musty, mildewy smelling. It took awhile in the rooms to get used to the smell. Breakfast was the normal fare. Check out on line was very easy.

This is our chosen hotel when we go to the area to see family, etc. We could tell a marked difference since we were here last (before the pandemic). The hotel was newish back then. Now: Bathroom fixtures needed repair, towels had stains, mildew was evident, there was hair on our sheets. But a/c was great and staff was nice. Still likely the best option in town.

The staff was friendly. The thing i didn't like was the bed. I had back surgery in February and the bed was not good for my back and I woke up in pain all 3 days. We had a LOUD family with a baby screaming all night next to us and sounded like a stomp contest upstairs every night.
