Shawntay was very friendly, quick, and thorough while checking in and out. It was one of the better experiences we have had on a family trip. We will definitely stay here again when we visit the Fort Worth area.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, the hotel overall was very family friendly, and it was super convenient to the show grounds for the horse show we were attending. Two different employees even made sure my daughter got a cute coloring book and crayons (such a simple thing but it meant the world to her). We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. And I am not being dramatic. My parents still have my childhood bed in the guest room at their home (I am 40) and I would prefer that bed over this one. We actually took turns sleeping on the rock hard couch to escape the torture of the bed springs. Would probably have switched hotels if that was an option but George Strait was in town and we booked months in advance to be walking distance from the venue. Normally love Springhill Suites but this one needs some love.
